  • Detailed equipment reports, including; make model, and serial numbers of: HVAC components, camera systems, electrical systems, alarm components, fire systems and door access systems. 
  • Create projected equipment longevity reports and capital investment plans. 
  • Provide vendor lists for; mechanical, plumbing, electrical, security systems, roofing and other services including 24 hour service vendors. 
  • Create an annual calendar highlighting aforementioned testing dates and any other related needs, including anticipated PM visits. Information can be populated  into an email calendar for reminders on inspection dates, annual checks of all required documents, handbooks and reports. 
  • Create a list of annual inspections for items such as, fire alarm/suppression, backflow preventers, building alarms, fire extinguisher, elevator, etc. 
  • Compile safety data sheets, vendor liability insurance forms, chemical inventory, workers rights posters, fire extinguisher use procedures and other permit documents. 
  • Handbook compiling of reports and any policies, handbooks, or other documents. 
  • Auditing of safety and security documents.
